Delivery Information

Shipping Policy

General:

  • Once our system processes your order, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue
  • You will be able to track delivery status using details provided on e-mail address or mobile number used while placing the order
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.. Please note that UOLOC takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
  • UOLOC will not be responsible for damage after delivery
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day of delivery by either sending email at contactus@uoloc.com or calling at +91 9560398451. Please mention your order number clearly and describe the issue

Delivery Time:

We usually dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public holidays)

  • Final delivery may take approx. 5 - 7 business days since an order has been successfully placed on the portal/site
  • Order deliveries will be made between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST
  • Order may reach in multiple package (sub-orders), if overall order includes products from different brands or manufacturers

Delivery Cost:

  • Free shipping for all orders above Rs.299. A flat charge of Rs.29 will be applicable for order less than Rs.299
  • A flat charge of Rs.40 will be applicable for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders irrespective of overall order size
  • The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
  • For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) by the customer, or customer not contactable on provided mobile number, or customer is not available at provided address, or customer does not make any alternative arrangement to accept the delivery, the shipping costs will be charged from the customer on actual basis. This cost may be up-to total delivery cost incurred by Uoloc or its Business partners during forward and return delivery of the order. For pre-paid orders the cost may be deducted during the refund process. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, reward points will be deducted from customer account, or the customer may be asked to pay the exact amount, or adjusted during next order. Please note, the decision of which method to be applied to recover the delivery cost will be completely owned by Uoloc
  • If a customer is asked to pay for the delivery charges as per details in above para, s/he will be required to pay the complete/balance amount within 3 business days since first notified or payment link shared by Uoloc, whichever is later. Failure to pay the complete amount will attract an interest of 12% per annum on outstanding/balance amount (including any previously accrued interest amount), calculated at monthly frequency.


Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel an order completely or partially within 24 Hrs. of successfully placing the order on our website/portal. An order is defined successfully placed if an order number was presented to you during purchase
  • You can initiate a cancellation request by writing to us on contactus@uoloc.com or calling us on +91 9560398451. You may also initiate the cancellation request why WhatsApp message on +91 9560398451. 
  • A cancellation request initiated post 24 Hrs. of successfully placing the order, will be treated under Returns and/or Refunds policy, as suited


Return / Exchange:

UOLOC offers its customers an easy return options. You can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 calendar days of its delivery. We also accept partial return/exchange request. In case of return, i.e. no exchange, any refunds, if applicable will be processed as per Refunds policy.

  • Step 1: Contact us on same day of receiving the order and register the return/exchange request. A miss in timely information may lead to delay in processing of your request
  • Step 2: Provide us the order details. Kindly attach image product and invoice copy with the email
  • Step 3: We will arrange for pickup within 1 - 3 business days
  • Step 4: Once we receive the product and found it in satisfactory condition, exchange or return will be initiated, as requested by you or deemed fit to the situation. It may take 7-10 business days to complete the entire process

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will initiate refund as per refund policy and inform you about the same via e-mail address provided while placing the order.

Conditions for acceptable return/exchange:

We do not accept return/exchange if 

  • Product was opened irrespective of whether it was used or not, even single time use
  • Product is returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories of it original package is damaged
  • Serial number is tampered
  • Information is not received on same day of delivery, and/or final request is initiated after 7 calendar days of order delivery
  • Product is damaged or altered
  • Any freebie or promotional products/samples
  • We, at our sole discretion, identify an attempt of fraudulent, unethical or malicious activity


Refund:

  • If cancelled within 24 Hrs. since successfully placing the order, entire amount will be refunded through same online payment mode as used while placing the order
  • Any cancellation request after 24 Hrs. since successfully placing the order on portal will be processed as return request as defined on this page 
  • For return requests, refund, if any and/or applicable, will be processed only once product has been received by either us or our partners brands/manufacturers, and found in satisfactory conditions as defined above on this page
  • For return of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund will be initiated to bank account that will be provided by you. You can mentioned the account details in first/intimation e-mail to us. You take sole responsibility of accuracy of bank account details provided
  • For refund to process completely, it may take 1-3 Business days if payment was made online. An addition 2-3 Business days may be required to process refund against COD orders

Note:

  • We cannot offer refunds on any product not found in satisfactory condition as defined above on this page. UOLOC will not be responsible for any claim or damage caused by such situation
  • Any cost incurred by UOLOC to arrange return/exchange will be adjusted from final refunded amount. In case of COD either reward points will be deducted from customer account, and/or adjusted during next order, as appropriate
